Bitgrip: Frontend Support for Enterprise Clients

WunderdogBerlin, Germany (Hybrid)

Provided hands-on frontend support for the Triumph-Adler and KSB projects at a German digital agency

Context

Bitgrip is a German digital agency that provides software development services for various firms.

Due to a high workload, they needed immediate hands-on support for two different projects: B2B printer provider Triumph-Adler and major pump manufacturer KSB.

Solution

My role in Triumph-Adler was to take care of features and changes that the client requested. I worked together with a product owner and a backend developer working with a CMS called CoreMedia. I worked in React and Next.js.

At KSB, I joined a full Scrum team to help with the workload developing new features, fixing bugs, and handling tech debt. I worked in React, Node.js, TypeScript, and SASS.

Reflections

Due to this project, I improved my German communication skills. I also had to adapt to the team at Bitgrip and learn about their methods and processes.

Before I finished my role, I was asked to give the company some feedback. I presented what they did well and provided some suggestions on how to improve their development cycle.
